Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy
Effective Date: [Month Day, Year]
Last Updated: [Month Day, Year]

This Shipping Policy explains how Titan Labs processes, ships, and supports orders placed on titanlabsofficial.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed in the order received. Standard processing time is typically [1–3] business days, excluding weekends, holidays, inventory interruptions, weather disruptions, payment review delays, carrier interruptions, and force majeure events.

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. Titan Labs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline, limit, hold, or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • suspected fraud;

  • product availability;

  • compliance review;

  • billing or shipping verification issues;

  • risk management;

  • legal or regulatory concerns;

  • pricing or listing errors;

  • duplicate orders;

  • account misuse.

If a payment is captured for an order Titan Labs does not accept, Titan Labs will issue an appropriate reversal or refund for the unfulfilled order consistent with applicable law.

2. Shipping Timeframes and Estimates

Any shipping or delivery estimate shown on the website is an estimate only, not a guarantee. Transit times begin after the order is processed and released to the carrier, not at the moment the order is placed.

Under FTC rules, if a seller advertises a shipping time, it must have a reasonable basis for that claim; if no shipping time is stated, the seller generally must have a reasonable basis for believing it can ship within 30 days. If shipment will be delayed beyond the promised time, the seller generally must notify the buyer and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund of the unshipped merchandise. Your site language and your actual operations should match this requirement. (Federal Trade Commission)

Accordingly:

  • we do not guarantee same-day shipment unless expressly stated and operationally supported;

  • we do not guarantee delivery dates;

  • carrier estimates are outside our direct control;

  • delivery may be delayed by weather, volume, scanning issues, operational disruptions, customs review, or force majeure.

3. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting an order.

Titan Labs is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate customer-provided shipping information, including:

  • wrong street number or apartment/suite;

  • misspelled recipient name;

  • invalid ZIP/postal code;

  • missing access code;

  • business closure during delivery attempt;

  • undeliverable address;

  • refused delivery.

If an order is returned to Titan Labs due to customer address error or delivery refusal, Titan Labs may, in its discretion:

  • require payment of new shipping charges before reshipment;

  • deduct original shipping, return shipping, and handling costs from any discretionary credit;

  • refuse reshipment or refund where permitted by law and consistent with this policy.

4. Carrier Acceptance; Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon Titan Labs’ transfer of the order to the shipping carrier. After carrier acceptance, Titan Labs is not responsible for:

  • carrier delay;

  • transit scan gaps;

  • misdelivery by the carrier;

  • porch theft;

  • loss after delivery confirmation;

  • weather-related service interruption;

  • local delivery exceptions;

  • customs detention or seizure for international shipments.

Titan Labs may choose to assist customers with carrier claims as a courtesy, but we are not obligated to absorb losses caused by events outside our direct control once the package has been tendered to the carrier.

5. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be sent by email or made available through your account after the order ships. Tracking updates are generated by the carrier, not Titan Labs. Delays in tracking scans do not necessarily mean the package is lost.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and ensuring someone can safely receive the package where needed.

6. Signature, Safe Delivery, and Theft Prevention

Titan Labs may require signature confirmation, adult signature, hold-for-pickup, or additional verification for some orders in our discretion, especially for high-value, first-time, or fraud-screened orders.

Customers are responsible for selecting a secure delivery location. Titan Labs is not responsible for theft or loss after a carrier marks the package delivered to the address provided by the customer.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

Customers must inspect deliveries promptly upon receipt. If an order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, customers must notify Titan Labs within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at [support email] and provide:

  • order number;

  • photos of external packaging;

  • photos of internal packaging;

  • photos of received items;

  • photos of shipping label;

  • description of the issue.

Failure to report a shipment problem promptly may affect our ability to investigate and may result in denial of any discretionary remedy.

8. Weather, Heat, Cold, and Product Handling

Certain products may be sensitive to temperature, light, moisture, storage conditions, delay, agitation, or improper handling. Titan Labs is not responsible for degradation, instability, contamination, or diminished quality arising from conditions after shipment or delivery, including delay in opening the package, improper storage, repeated thaw/refreeze cycles, exposure to sunlight, or customer mishandling.

Customers are solely responsible for understanding the proper handling and storage requirements for any products they order. Where storage guidance is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow it. Core Peptides, for example, separately emphasizes storage and handling of peptides; that kind of separation is good practice so your policies and product pages stay consistent. (Core Peptides)

9. International Shipping

If Titan Labs offers international shipping:

  • the customer is solely responsible for determining whether ordered products may lawfully be imported, possessed, used, or received in the destination country or locality;

  • the customer is solely responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, permits, and local compliance;

  • Titan Labs is not responsible for customs delays, detention, refusal, destruction, seizure, return-to-sender, or legal issues arising from cross-border shipment.

No refund, credit, or replacement is required for customs-related issues unless Titan Labs determines otherwise in writing.

10. Restricted Jurisdictions

Titan Labs reserves the right to restrict or refuse shipment to any state, territory, country, or jurisdiction where sale, possession, importation, labeling, or use may present legal, regulatory, payment, fraud, or carrier concerns.

Your site should not suggest that customers can ignore local law. Mog Labs’ contact language similarly places responsibility on the buyer to ensure compliance with applicable law in their jurisdiction. (Moglabs | Premium Research Material)

11. Research-Use-Only; No Human Consumption

If Titan Labs sells research materials, all products should be marketed and sold strictly for legitimate research, laboratory, or analytical purposes only, and not for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, compounding, or clinical use. Core Peptides repeatedly uses language of that type, and that consistency matters because FDA guidance warns that “research use only” labeling can be undermined by inconsistent marketing context. (Core Peptides)

Accordingly, customers represent and warrant that:

  • they are legally permitted to purchase the products;

  • they will use the products only for lawful research, laboratory, or analytical purposes;

  • they will not use the products for human or animal consumption;

  • they will not use the products in violation of applicable laws or regulations;

  • they understand that no information on the site constitutes medical advice, dosage guidance, patient instruction, or clinical recommendation.

12. No Medical Claims; No Misuse of Site Content

Titan Labs does not represent that any product is approved by the FDA for therapeutic, diagnostic, preventative, or consumer use unless expressly stated in writing and lawfully supported. No website content should be interpreted as medical advice, prescription guidance, health advice, or treatment recommendation. FDA also warns more generally that false or misleading product communications can create enforcement risk. (U.S. Food and Drug Administration)

That means your product pages, blogs, FAQs, customer support scripts, emails, ads, and social captions should not include:

  • dosage directions for people;

  • injection instructions for people;

  • disease-treatment claims;

  • “heals,” “cures,” “fixes,” or similar therapeutic claims;

  • before-and-after body transformation claims implying consumer use;

  • medical advice language;

  • patient-use instructions.

13. Delayed Orders and Out-of-Stock Situations

If an order cannot be shipped within the time promised, Titan Labs may contact the customer with a revised shipment estimate and options available under applicable law, including delay consent or cancellation of the unshipped merchandise where required. Titan Labs may also, in its discretion, cancel and refund all or part of an order before shipment if inventory, compliance, or operational issues arise. This is not optional if the FTC rule applies and the seller cannot meet the stated shipment timeframe. (Federal Trade Commission)

14. Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to Titan Labs due to failed delivery, refusal, inability to access the address, or customer-provided address error, Titan Labs may charge the customer for reshipment or deduct shipping and handling costs from any discretionary credit or refund where legally permitted.

15. Fraud Screening and Order Verification

To protect customers and the business, Titan Labs may verify identity, billing details, shipping details, payment method, and order history before releasing an order. Delays caused by fraud screening, identity verification, or payment review are not shipping delays by the carrier and may extend processing time.

16. Force Majeure

Titan Labs is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic or pandemic disruption, labor interruption, war, terrorism, cyberattack, carrier shutdown, customs disruption, supply chain interruption, governmental action, or utility/network outage.

17. Policy Changes

Titan Labs may revise this Shipping Policy at any time. The policy posted on the website at the time of the order will generally govern that order unless a change is required by law.

A few important things, bluntly:

These three pages alone are not enough for this kind of site. The biggest legal risk usually comes from the rest of the website: product pages, blog posts, FAQ language, testimonials, ad copy, email marketing, checkout wording, and support replies. FDA guidance is especially relevant here because “research use only” wording can be contradicted by the surrounding content. (U.S. Food and Drug Administration)

So for Titan Labs, you should also have:

  • a Terms and Conditions page,

  • a Privacy Policy,

  • a strong Research Use Only / No Human Consumption sitewide disclaimer,

  • an Age and Buyer Eligibility clause,

  • a Jurisdiction / compliance clause,

  • a chargeback / fraud clause,

  • and product-page language scrubbed of anything that looks like medical, therapeutic, dosing, or human-use marketing.

I can draft those next in the same style.
