Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order on titanlabsofficial.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all orders placed with Titan Labs are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations after processing, or refunds except in the extremely limited circumstance expressly described below.
This policy exists because products may be sensitive to storage conditions, handling, tampering risk, contamination risk, chain-of-custody concerns, and other quality-control issues once they leave our possession. 2. No Refunds Except for Verified Sub-99% Purity
Titan Labs maintains a strict no-refund policy. The only situation in which a refund request may be considered is where the customer obtains and submits independent, third-party laboratory test results demonstrating that the specific product purchased from Titan Labs tested at below 99% purity.
No other basis for a refund will be accepted.
For avoidance of doubt, Titan Labs does not provide refunds, credits, or replacements for:

buyer’s remorse;

change of mind;

ordering the wrong product;

misunderstanding product use restrictions;

failure to review the product page or site disclaimers;
-
improper storage after delivery;

improper handling after delivery;
-
reconstitution error, dilution error, or lab handling error by the customer;

degradation caused by exposure to heat, light, moisture, or delay after delivery;

carrier delay after shipment;
-
porch theft or missing mail after marked delivery;

customs issues, import refusal, or seizure;

refusal to accept delivery;
-
address errors entered by the customer;

reshipment fees;

dissatisfaction unrelated to independently verified purity below 99%;

unsupported allegations about potency, appearance, consistency, or performance;

anecdotal reports, forum claims, or user experiences;
-
at-home tests, informal tests, or unverified testing methods.
3. Strict Requirements for Any Purity Claim
A refund request based on purity will be reviewed only if all of the following conditions are met:

The test was conducted by an independent, accredited, verifiable third-party laboratory acceptable to Titan Labs in its sole discretion.

The report clearly identifies the specific product purchased from Titan Labs.

The report clearly identifies the applicable lot number, batch number, or other matching identifier corresponding to the purchased item.
-
The testing methodology is fully disclosed, and the report includes enough information for review, including, where applicable, chromatograms, assay details, method references, sample identification, and date of testing.

The sample tested was kept in a manner reasonably consistent with proper storage and chain-of-custody practices from the time of delivery to the time of testing.
-
The customer provides proof of purchase from Titan Labs, including the order number and matching customer information.
-
The written claim is submitted within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery unless Titan Labs agrees otherwise in writing.

The customer provides the full, unredacted laboratory report and any supporting documentation requested by Titan Labs.
-
Titan Labs has a reasonable opportunity to review the report and verify the testing source before making any determination.
Titan Labs reserves the right to reject any submission that is incomplete, unverifiable, inconsistent, altered, redacted, methodologically unreliable, tied to the wrong lot or product, or otherwise insufficient to establish that the item delivered by Titan Labs was below 99% purity at the time risk passed to the customer.
4. Titan Labs’ Sole Remedies
If Titan Labs, in its sole but reasonable discretion, determines that a properly documented claim proves that the specific purchased item tested below 99% purity, Titan Labs may choose one of the following remedies:

replacement of the affected product;
-
store credit;
-
partial refund; or
-
full refund.
Titan Labs is not obligated to issue a cash refund in every approved case. The remedy, if any, will be determined by Titan Labs after review of the documentation and surrounding facts.
5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives visibly damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong item, you must notify Titan Labs at [support email] within 48 hours of delivery and include:

your order number;

clear photos of the outer packaging;

clear photos of the shipping label;
-
clear photos of all received contents;
-
a brief description of the issue.
Notification of a shipping or fulfillment issue does not guarantee a refund. Titan Labs may investigate the issue and, in its discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, claim assistance, or other remedy if we determine the issue originated before risk transferred or resulted from our fulfillment error. Titan Labs may require the customer to cooperate with any carrier investigation or fraud-prevention review.
6. Shipment Delays
Once a package has shipped, carrier transit time is outside our direct control. However, if Titan Labs advertises or promises a shipping timeline, we must have a reasonable basis for that timeline, and if we cannot ship within the promised time, or within 30 days if no time is stated, the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule generally requires delay notice and the option to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped portion for a refund. 7. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Fraud
By placing an order, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute except in good faith and based on legitimate grounds. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested using available evidence, including:

delivery confirmation;

tracking records;
-
checkout acceptance records;
-
IP address and anti-fraud data, where permitted;
-
customer communications;
-
photos, fulfillment logs, and carrier records.
If a customer initiates a payment dispute after receiving product or after failing to follow this Refund Policy, Titan Labs reserves the right to:

contest the dispute;

suspend future orders;
-
refuse future service;
-
report suspected fraud where lawful; and

pursue collection or legal remedies where appropriate.
8. No Warranty Beyond What Is Expressly Stated
Except where prohibited by law, Titan Labs disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any quality assurance statement on the site is limited to the specific written representations Titan Labs actually makes and does not create any broader guarantee.
9. Research-Use-Only Restriction
